The Washboard Union are a Canadian country-rock band formed in Vancouver. Their catalogue includes the albums What We’re Made Of and Everbound, as well as the songs “Shot of Glory,” “Shine” and “Country Thunder.” The Washboard Union have performed at Boots and Hearts and the Cavendish Beach Music Festival. Their concerts feature a full band and use the group’s namesake washboard as a percussion instrument, a setup they have also presented at the Calgary Stampede.
