About Splean
Splean is a Russian rock band formed in Saint Petersburg in 1994 and led by singer-songwriter Alexander Vasilyev. The band plays alternative and pop rock, and is known for the albums Dusty Tale, Pomegranate Album and 25th Frame, as well as songs including “Vykhoda net,” “Orbita bez sahara” and “Moyo serdtse.”
A 2000 concert at the Luzhniki Sports Palace was documented on the live album Altavista Live. Splean later performed at multiple editions of Nashestvie and marked its 20th anniversary in 2014 with a headline concert at Moscow’s Stadium Live.
