About Stefan Mross
Stefan Mross is a German trumpeter, singer and television presenter, born in Traunstein, Bavaria, in 1975. He won the 1989 Grand Prix der Volksmusik for Austria with the trumpet instrumental “Heimwehmelodie”; his catalogue also includes the albums Zauber der Trompete, Trompetenzauber and Immer wieder Stefan. In 2005, he began presenting the television music show Immer wieder sonntags.
At 13, Stefan Mross was performing at a wedding when television presenter Karl Moik discovered him. In 2009, he marked 20 years on stage with a German tour alongside Stefanie Hertel, with whom he also recorded and performed.
