Steve Green in Roseburg

Steve Green is an American contemporary Christian singer, born in Portland, Oregon, and raised in Argentina by missionary parents. He is known for songs including “People Need the Lord,” “Find Us Faithful” and “God and God Alone,” as well as the children’s music series Hide ’Em in Your Heart. In the early 1980s, he performed and toured as a member of the Gaither Vocal Band before beginning his solo career. His later concert work included appearances at Billy Graham crusades and Promise Keepers gatherings.
