Steve Hofmeyr in Mossel Bay

Steve Hofmeyr is a South African Afrikaans pop singer, songwriter and actor, born in Pretoria in 1964. He became known through the role of Bruce Beyers in the television drama Agter Elke Man before establishing a recording career that includes “Pampoen,” “Die Blou van Jou Oë” and the Toeka albums. Huisgenoot Skouspel featured him in its large ensemble concerts at the Sun City Superbowl. He later appeared in the multi-artist concert series Afrikaans is Groot, performing songs from his Afrikaans catalogue.
