Streetlight Manifesto in Laval

Streetlight Manifesto is an American ska-punk band formed in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 2002 by singer, guitarist and songwriter Tomas Kalnoky. Its brass-led arrangements, rapid punk rhythms and narrative lyrics are represented on albums including Everything Goes Numb, Somewhere in the Between and The Hands That Thieve; widely known songs include “Point/Counterpoint,” “A Better Place, a Better Time” and “We Will Fall Together.” Streetlight Manifesto played the Vans Warped Tour before presenting its 2013 run as The End of the Beginning Tour, which marked the end of full-time touring rather than a farewell. The band subsequently returned for selective headline runs and recurring New Jersey concerts, including year-end performances at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville.

Frank Turner is an English singer-songwriter, born in Bahrain in 1981 and raised in England, who plays folk-punk and acoustic rock. After fronting the post-hardcore band Million Dead, he began a solo career in 2005 and became known for albums including Love Ire & Song, England Keep My Bones and Tape Deck Heart, as well as songs such as “I Still Believe” and “Recovery.” In 2012, Turner headlined Wembley Arena. Four years later, he marked his 2,000th show at Rock City in Nottingham, a concert released as the live album and film Show 2000. Turner gives solo acoustic concerts and performs full-band sets with the Sleeping Souls. Lost Evenings is his recurring multi-day festival, built around several of his own performances. After Boston hosted the event, later editions brought Lost Evenings to Berlin and Anaheim.
