Strung Out in Adelaide

Strung Out is an American punk rock band formed in Simi Valley, California, in 1989. Their fast melodic punk and metal-edged guitar work became closely associated with Fat Wreck Chords through albums including Suburban Teenage Wasteland Blues, Twisted by Design and An American Paradox, as well as songs such as “Matchbook” and “Too Close to See.” Strung Out played the traveling Vans Warped Tour repeatedly and later appeared at Groezrock in Belgium and Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas. Those festival appearances complemented years of headline touring through punk clubs and concert halls. In Southern California, they have returned to the club-sized Chain Reaction in Anaheim. Their shows in nearby Pomona have also included The Glass House.
