Suicide Silence in Montreal

Suicide Silence is an American deathcore band formed in Riverside, California, in 2002. Their music pairs down-tuned guitars and breakdowns with death-metal vocals, heard on albums including The Cleansing, No Time to Bleed and The Black Crown. Their best-known songs include “Unanswered” and “You Only Live Once.” In 2008, Suicide Silence performed on the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival tour, which placed the band in outdoor amphitheatres across the United States. In 2012, after vocalist Mitch Lucker’s death, the band brought guest singers together in Pomona for a memorial concert. The performance was filmed at the Fox Theater and released as Ending Is the Beginning: The Mitch Lucker Memorial Show.
