Suzy Bogguss in Oshkosh

Suzy Bogguss is an American country and folk singer-songwriter, born in Aledo, Illinois, in 1956. She became known through recordings including “Outbound Plane,” “Aces,” “Drive South,” “Someday Soon” and “Hey Cinderella,” while the album Aces established the clear, understated vocal style associated with her work. Bogguss spent her early career traveling as a singer and guitarist, performing in clubs and ski resorts before moving to Nashville. She then became a featured performer at Dollywood before signing with Capitol Records, and later brought her country catalogue to headlining theatre and listening-room concerts. Her Nashville stage history also includes repeated appearances at the Grand Ole Opry.
