Switchfoot is an American alternative rock band formed in San Diego in 1996 by brothers Jon and Tim Foreman and drummer Chad Butler. The band is best known for the album The Beautiful Letdown and the songs “Meant to Live,” “Dare You to Move” and “Stars.” In 2007, Switchfoot co-headlined the Appetite for Construction Tour with Relient K. A decade later, the band joined Lifehouse for the co-headlining Looking for Summer Tour, and in 2023 it marked the record’s 20th anniversary by performing it in full on tour.
Anberlin is an American alternative rock band formed in Winter Haven, Florida, in 2002. The group became known through albums including Never Take Friendship Personal, Cities and New Surrender, as well as songs such as “Paperthin Hymn,” “Godspeed” and “Feel Good Drag.” Anberlin’s 2014 farewell tour ended at House of Blues Orlando before the band entered a hiatus. The musicians reunited for performances in 2018 and followed them with a full US tour in 2019. Festival appearances have included Vans Warped Tour in the United States and Soundwave in Australia.
