Tantric in Colorado Springs

Tantric is an American rock band formed in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1998 by former members of Days of the New and singer Hugo Ferreira. Its post-grunge and alternative hard-rock sound is best known through the self-titled debut album and the songs “Breakdown,” “Astounded” and “Mourning”; the follow-up album After We Go extended that early catalogue. Tantric joined tours with Creed, Kid Rock and 3 Doors Down after the debut album. As the original instrumental lineup departed, later club and festival performances centered on vocalist Hugo Ferreira, the band’s sole continuous member.
