Tha Dogg Pound in Santa Ana

Tha Dogg Pound is an American West Coast hip-hop duo formed in 1992 by rappers Daz Dillinger and Kurupt. Associated with Death Row Records and the G-funk sound, they first appeared on Dr. Dre’s The Chronic and Snoop Dogg’s Doggystyle. Their 1995 debut album, Dogg Food, includes “Let’s Play House,” “New York, New York” and “What Would U Do?” In 2016, Tha Dogg Pound joined Snoop Dogg’s Puff Puff Pass Tour Part 2, whose lineup also included Warren G, DJ Quik and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. They followed that tour with a 2018 appearance at How the West Was Won at Glen Helen Amphitheater.
