The Bones of J.R. Jones & Chris Kasper in Ottawa

The Bones of J.R. Jones is the stage project of American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jonathan Linaberry. He plays folk, country blues and blues rock, and is known for albums including Dark Was the Yearling, Spirit’s Furnace, Ones to Keep Close and Slow Lightning, as well as songs such as “The Drop” and “St. James’ Bed.” The Bones of J.R. Jones has often toured as a one-man band, singing while playing guitar and foot percussion in clubs and theatres. His road history also includes support dates with The Wallflowers and G. Love.
