The Busters are a German ska band formed in Wiesloch in 1987. Their music draws on Jamaican ska, reggae and punk, led by a prominent horn section; albums including Ruder Than Rude, Couch Potatoes and Revolution Rock established their catalogue. The band performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival and documented the appearance on Live in Montreux. Their later concert history has included recurring winter tours of German clubs and theatres under the Ska Christmas name.
