About The Chemical Brothers
The Chemical Brothers are a British electronic duo formed in Manchester by Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons. They play big beat and breakbeat-driven dance music and are known for the albums Exit Planet Dust, Dig Your Own Hole and Surrender, as well as tracks including “Block Rockin’ Beats,” “Hey Boy Hey Girl” and “Galvanize.”
Their 2011 performance at Fuji Rock Festival was filmed for the concert movie Don’t Think. In 2019, the No Geography tour included a headline set on Glastonbury Festival’s Other Stage.
Their concerts pair a live electronic performance with synchronized films by longtime visual collaborator Adam Smith. Large articulated robots have also appeared as a recurring feature of the production.
In 2023, the For That Beautiful Feeling tour reached AO Arena in Manchester before a date at The O2 in London.
