Artist
The Church are an Australian alternative rock band formed in Sydney in 1980. Their guitar-led music encompasses post-punk, neo-psychedelia and dream pop, and they are best known for “Under the Milky Way” from the album Starfish, alongside songs including “The Unguarded Moment” and “Reptile.” The Future Past Perfect concerts featured complete performances of Untitled #23, Priest=Aura and Starfish. In 2011, A Psychedelic Symphony placed the band and the George Ellis Orchestra onstage at the Sydney Opera House. They returned to their best-known album for the Starfish 30th Anniversary Tour in 2018.
