The Delines in Copenhagen

The Delines are an American country-soul and Americana band formed in Portland, Oregon, in 2012 by songwriter Willy Vlautin of Richmond Fontaine. Amy Boone’s lead vocals and Vlautin’s character-driven writing shape records including Colfax, The Imperial and Sea Drift, as well as songs such as “The Oil Rigs at Night” and “Colfax Avenue.” In 2014, The Delines toured Britain and continental Europe following the release of Colfax. Their live work was interrupted after Boone was struck by a car in Austin in 2016 and underwent a long recovery; the band later returned to clubs and theatres with material from The Imperial.
