The East Pointers in London

The East Pointers are a Canadian folk group formed on Prince Edward Island by cousins Tim Chaisson and Koady Chaisson with Jake Charron. Their music draws on Celtic fiddle and banjo traditions while adding folk-pop songwriting, heard on albums including Secret Victory, What We Leave Behind and Yours to Break, and in songs such as “Wintergreen.” The East Pointers have toured clubs, theatres and festivals across Canada, Britain and Australia. Their British festival appearances have included Celtic Connections and Cambridge Folk Festival; in Australia, they have performed at WOMADelaide and Woodford Folk Festival.
