The Frank And Walters are an Irish indie-pop band formed in Cork in 1990. Their bright guitar pop became widely known through “After All,” “Fashion Crisis Hits New York” and “This Is Not a Song,” all included on the debut album Trains, Boats and Planes. In 1993, the band supported U2 at Páirc Uí Chaoimh during the Zoo TV Tour. Their hometown Christmas concerts later became a recurring live tradition, including performances at Cork Opera House.
