The Fratellis in Lincoln

The Fratellis are a Scottish rock band formed in Glasgow in 2005. Their guitar-driven indie rock became widely known through the debut album Costello Music and songs including “Chelsea Dagger,” “Henrietta” and “Whistle for the Choir”; “Chelsea Dagger” also became a familiar chant at sporting events. In 2007, The Fratellis filmed the concert release Edgy in Brixton at Brixton Academy during the touring cycle for their debut. After ending a hiatus in 2012, they returned to the road and mounted headline tours around We Need Medicine, Eyes Wide, Tongue Tied and Half Drunk Under a Full Moon, playing clubs and theatres in Britain and North America. Their festival history includes performances at Glastonbury Festival and Scotland’s T in the Park.
