The Grapes Of Wrath in Sudbury

The Grapes Of Wrath are a Canadian alternative rock band formed in Kelowna, British Columbia, in 1983 by Kevin Kane and brothers Tom and Chris Hooper. Their melodic jangle pop and power pop became known through the albums Treehouse, Now and Again and These Days, as well as songs including “Peace of Mind,” “All the Things I Wasn’t” and “I Am Here.” Their 2010 appearance at Surrey Fusion Festival brought the three founding members onto one stage for the first time since 1992. They followed it with further Canadian dates and made the reunion permanent before releasing High Road in 2013. The reunited concerts put Kevin Kane on guitar and vocals, Tom Hooper on bass and vocals, and Chris Hooper on drums.
