Artist
The Kilkennys are an Irish folk group formed in Kilkenny in 1998. They perform traditional ballads and pub songs in folk-rock arrangements and are known for renditions of “South Australia,” “Rocky Road to Dublin” and “Whiskey in the Jar.” The Kilkennys have toured repeatedly in Germany and the Netherlands, extending their live work beyond Irish venues. Their North American appearances have included Milwaukee Irish Fest in Wisconsin.
