The Movement in Reno

The Movement are a Danish mod-punk trio formed in Copenhagen in 2002 by singer and guitarist Lukas Scherfig. Their music draws on punk, ska and soul, and they are known for the albums Move! and Revolutionary Sympathies, as well as songs including “Control Your Temper” and “How Come?” The Movement have toured clubs and punk festivals across Europe. Their concerts use a three-piece guitar, bass and drums lineup led by Scherfig, and the band has also performed in Japan.

KBong is an American reggae singer-songwriter and keyboardist from Hawaii, known for his solo work and his role in Stick Figure. His music centers on reggae with rock and hip-hop elements, and his catalog includes the albums Hopes and Dreams, Easy to Love You and Let Love Lead, as well as songs such as “Middle of the Ocean” and “Good Lovin.” In 2012, KBong joined Stick Figure’s touring lineup as keyboardist and later performed with the group at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and the California Roots Music and Arts Festival. His solo touring has included joint club and theatre dates with Stick Figure guitarist and producer Johnny Cosmic.
