About The Saw Doctors
The Saw Doctors are an Irish folk-rock band formed in Tuam, County Galway, in 1986. They are known for songs including “I Useta Lover,” which topped the Irish singles chart, “N17” and “To Win Just Once,” as well as the albums If This Is Rock and Roll, I Want My Old Job Back and All the Way from Tuam.
In 1988, The Saw Doctors opened for The Waterboys on the Fisherman's Blues tour of Britain and Ireland. They subsequently headlined theatres and concert halls in Ireland, Britain and the United States, and their festival appearances have included Glastonbury Festival.
