The Slocan Ramblers are a Canadian bluegrass band formed in Toronto in 2011. Their music centres on banjo, mandolin, guitar, upright bass and vocal harmonies, drawing on traditional bluegrass while making room for original songs. Their albums include Queen City Jubilee and Up the Hill and Through the Fog. The Slocan Ramblers have performed at MerleFest in North Carolina and RockyGrass in Colorado, presenting their acoustic quartet format to major bluegrass audiences in the United States. They have also taken that format to Britain for Shrewsbury Folk Festival.
