About The Unlikely Candidates
The Unlikely Candidates are an American alternative rock band formed in Fort Worth, Texas, in 2008. They are known for the songs “Novocaine,” “Follow My Feet” and “Oh My Dear Lord,” and released their debut album, Panther Island, in 2022.
The band performed at South by Southwest in Austin during its early years and later carried its guitar-led set through clubs around the United States. Its festival appearances have included Bonnaroo and Firefly Music Festival.
