The Wave Pictures in Edinburgh

The Wave Pictures are a British indie-rock trio formed in Wymeswold, Leicestershire. Singer and guitarist David Tattersall, bassist Franic Rozycki and drummer Jonny Helm play direct, lo-fi guitar music marked by conversational lyrics and Tattersall’s lead playing. Their best-known work includes the songs “I Love You Like a Madman” and “Strange Fruit for David,” and the albums Instant Coffee Baby and City Forgiveness. The Wave Pictures have toured clubs and small theatres across Britain and continental Europe, and have performed at End of the Road and Green Man.
