Zero Boys in Covington

Zero Boys are an American hardcore punk band formed in Indianapolis in 1979. Their fast, melodic attack is captured on the early EP Livin’ in the ’80s and the 1982 album Vicious Circle, which includes “Civilization’s Dying” and “Amphetamine Addiction.” After the original group disbanded in 1983, Zero Boys reunited for concerts in 1987. Later lineups returned to punk clubs and festivals in the United States and Europe, fronted by founding singer Paul Mahern.
