Then Jerico in Huddersfield

Then Jerico are a British rock band formed in London in 1983, fronted by singer Mark Shaw. Their polished new wave and pop-rock sound is captured on the albums First (The Sound of Music) and The Big Area, and in singles including “The Motive (Living Without You),” “Big Area” and “What Does It Take?” In 1998, Mark Shaw revived Then Jerico for new recordings and live performances. A 2012 UK reunion tour brought him back together with musicians from the group’s 1980s lineup, while later shows have featured a lineup led by Mark Shaw.
