Thomas Helmig is a Danish singer-songwriter and musician, born in Aarhus in 1964, who plays pop rock shaped by soul and rhythm and blues. A solo recording artist since the 1980s, he is known for songs including “Det er mig der står herude og banker på,” “Stupid Man” and “Malaga.” In 2018, he performed on the Orange Stage at Roskilde Festival. He later returned to his home city for a stadium concert at Ceres Park in Aarhus in 2022.
