thrown are a Swedish metalcore and hardcore band formed in Stockholm in 2019. Their music uses low-tuned riffs, abrupt rhythmic shifts and elements of nu metal; the EP Extended Pain, the album Excessive Guilt and tracks including “on the verge” and “backfire” established their recorded catalog. In 2023, thrown toured European clubs on Fit for a King’s The Hell We Create Tour, which also featured Emmure and The Gloom in the Corner. Later that year, the band crossed North America alongside Void of Vision and Aviana as support for Invent Animate on the Heavener Tour.

Norma Jean is an American metalcore band formed in Douglasville, Georgia, in 1997 under the name Luti-Kriss; it adopted its present name in 2002. The band is known for dense, abrasive records including Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child, O God, the Aftermath, Redeemer, Wrongdoers and All Hail. Norma Jean played Ozzfest in 2006 and later appeared on the 2008 Vans Warped Tour. In 2022, the band toured for the 20th anniversary of Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child, performing the album in full. The tour also featured Emery and The Ongoing Concept.
