TobyMac & Chris Tomlin in Greensboro

TobyMac is an American Christian pop and hip-hop artist, born Kevin Michael McKeehan in Fairfax, Virginia, in 1964. He was one third of dc Talk, the trio behind Jesus Freak, and began releasing solo records after the group went on hiatus. His solo catalogue includes Momentum and Eye on It, as well as “Made to Love,” “City on Our Knees,” “Me Without You” and “Speak Life.” TobyMac and his band Diverse City recorded a 2007 performance at Reliant Arena in Houston that became the live album and concert film Alive and Transported; the show was part of the Portable Sounds Tour. He later co-headlined the Awake Tonight Tour with Skillet and went on to headline successive editions of the multi-artist Hits Deep Tour.

Chris Tomlin is an American contemporary Christian singer, songwriter and worship leader, born in Grand Saline, Texas, in 1972. His congregational worship songs include “How Great Is Our God,” “Our God” and “Holy Forever,” while his recording of “Good Good Father” became another signature release. His albums include Arriving and Burning Lights. Worship Night in America brought Chris Tomlin to arenas in 2015, and a 2016 edition reached Madison Square Garden in New York. He later co-headlined the 2022 Tomlin UNITED Tour with Hillsong UNITED. The Summer Worship Nights tour followed in 2023 and returned in 2024, pairing him with Phil Wickham.
