About Tones And I
Tones And I is the stage name of Australian singer-songwriter and producer Toni Watson, a pop artist from the Mornington Peninsula. Her 2019 singles “Johnny Run Away” and “Dance Monkey” introduced her distinctive high-register vocals; the latter topped charts in numerous countries. The EP The Kids Are Coming and the albums Welcome to the Madhouse and Beautifully Ordinary followed.
In 2019, she performed at Splendour in the Grass after developing her early repertoire as a busker in Byron Bay. The Kids Are Coming Tour followed with headline club and theatre dates, and she later supported P!nk on the Australian and New Zealand leg of the 2024 Summer Carnival tour.
