Toshiki Kadomatsu in Tokyo

Toshiki Kadomatsu is a Japanese singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer, born in Tokyo in 1960. He debuted with the album Sea Breeze in 1981 and became known for city pop, AOR and jazz-fusion records including After 5 Clash, as well as songs such as “Airport Lady,” “Sea Line” and “If You...”. His production and songwriting for Anri, particularly the album Timely!!, form another major part of his work. In 1993, Toshiki Kadomatsu began a five-year pause in his solo career after a concert at Nippon Budokan, returning to recording and performing in 1998. His later milestone performances included 30th-, 35th- and 40th-anniversary concerts in 2011, 2016 and 2021 at Yokohama Arena.
