T'Pau are a British pop-rock band formed in Shrewsbury in 1986 by singer Carol Decker and guitarist Ronnie Rogers. Their debut album, Bridge of Spies, produced the signature songs “Heart and Soul” and “China in Your Hand”; later releases included Rage and The Promise. At the Nelson Mandela 70th Birthday Tribute at Wembley Stadium in 1988, T'Pau performed “Heart and Soul” and “China in Your Hand” during the touring cycle for their early albums. After the original group ended, Decker revived T'Pau for further concerts, including appearances on the Here and Now tours.
