Trio Mandili in Troy

Trio Mandili is a Georgian vocal group known for traditional polyphonic folk singing accompanied by the panduri. The trio drew wide attention through a video of “Apareka,” recorded while its members walked along a country road, and later released albums including With Love and Enguro. After “Apareka” circulated online, Trio Mandili began taking its repertoire abroad on international concert tours. The group performs as three singers, using close vocal harmonies and panduri accompaniment to present traditional songs and its recorded material, with Georgian polyphony remaining the foundation of its live work.
