Ulrich Tukur & Die Rhythmus Boys are a German swing and cabaret ensemble formed in 1995 by actor and musician Ulrich Tukur. Their repertoire draws on dance-band music and German popular songs of the 1920s through the 1940s, represented on recordings including Tanzpalast and Musik für schwache Stunden. The ensemble has toured German-speaking theatres and concert halls since the 1990s, presenting its music in staged programmes built around Tukur’s singing, piano and accordion. Its touring productions have included Let’s Misbehave! and Grüß mir den Mond!.
