About Umberto Tozzi
Umberto Tozzi is an Italian singer-songwriter, born in Turin in 1952, whose pop and rock repertoire includes “Ti amo,” “Tu” and “Gloria.” He also performed “Gente di mare” with Raf at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1987.
In 1988, he brought his catalogue to London’s Royal Albert Hall for a concert released as a live recording. He later celebrated the 40th anniversary of “Ti amo” with the 2017 concert “40 anni che Ti Amo” at the Arena di Verona.
