VNV Nation & IAMX in Berlin

VNV Nation is an Irish electronic-music project founded in London in 1990 by Ronan Harris. Its music draws on futurepop, EBM, synth-pop and trance, and the project is known for albums including Empires, Futureperfect and Automatic, as well as songs such as “Standing,” “Beloved,” “Illusion” and “Nova.” In 2015, VNV Nation presented the orchestral Resonance program at the Royal Albert Hall, recasting material from its catalogue for voice and symphony orchestra. The Noire tour followed in 2018, and the project mounted the Electric Sun tour in 2023. Headline concerts center on Ronan Harris singing over electronic arrangements, accompanied by a live drummer. VNV Nation plays clubs and theatres: Markthalle Hamburg has hosted the project, while Los Angeles dates have included The Belasco.

IAMX is the British electronic-rock project created in 2004 by singer, songwriter and producer Chris Corner after his work with Sneaker Pimps. Its dark synth-pop sound took shape on albums including Kiss + Swallow, The Alternative and Kingdom of Welcome Addiction; “Spit It Out,” “The Alternative” and “Bernadette” are among its best-known songs. The Metanoia Tour took IAMX through Europe and North America after the release of Metanoia. The 2018 Alive in New Light Tour and the subsequent Mile Deep Hollow dates brought the touring band to clubs and theatres, followed later by the Fault Lines¹ Tour.
