Artist
Valentourettes are a Norwegian rock band formed in 2003 to perform the songs of Joachim “Jokke” Nielsen. The project brought together musicians from Jokke & Valentinerne and Jokke med Tourettes, with Tarjei Foshaug on vocals. Their repertoire includes “To fulle menn,” “Her kommer vinteren” and “Sola skinner.” Valentourettes have repeatedly played Christmas-season concerts at Rockefeller in Oslo. The group performs as a full rock band, and each set is drawn from Joachim Nielsen’s songbook.
