Wasia Project is a British sibling duo formed in London in 2019 by William Gao and Olivia Hardy. They make indie pop shaped by jazz and classical music, with piano, violin and shared vocals at the centre of songs including “ur so pretty,” “Petals on the Moon” and “Impossible.” Their releases include the EPs how can i pretend? and Isotope. The How Can I Pretend? Tour gave the duo an early headline run, followed by support dates for Laufey on the Bewitched Tour. Wasia Project later carried Isotope into its own headline tour and performed at Glastonbury Festival in 2024.
