William Prince in Lake Country

William Prince is a Canadian country and folk singer-songwriter from Peguis First Nation in Manitoba. His deep baritone and narrative songwriting came to wider attention through the album Earthly Days, which includes “Breathless,” followed by records including Reliever, Gospel First Nation and Stand in the Joy. William Prince opened concerts for Neil Young and later toured with Yola, bringing his songs to theatres and festivals beyond Canada. He subsequently made his debut at the Grand Ole Opry, placing his understated songwriting on one of Nashville’s central country-music stages.
