Jackopierce in Tysons Corner

Jackopierce is an American acoustic-rock duo formed by Jack O’Neill and Cary Pierce while they were students at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Their close vocal harmonies and guitar-led songs found an audience on the college touring circuit, and “Vineyard” became their signature song. Their catalogue includes the albums Bringing on the Weather and Woman as Salvation. Jackopierce concluded its original run with a farewell concert at the Majestic Theatre in 1997. O’Neill and Pierce reunited in 2002 and resumed performing together, returning to clubs, listening rooms and theatres for acoustic concerts built around two voices and guitars. Their later live work has included recurring hometown performances in Dallas.
