Xzibit in Garden Grove

Xzibit is an American rapper, actor and television host, born in Detroit in 1974 and associated with West Coast hip-hop after settling in Los Angeles. He first drew attention with the albums At the Speed of Life and 40 Dayz & 40 Nightz, including the tracks “Paparazzi” and “What U See Is What U Get.” The album Restless produced another signature track, “X,” while his role as host of MTV’s Pimp My Ride introduced him to a wider television audience. Xzibit performed at Woodstock ’99 before joining Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and Ice Cube on the Up in Smoke Tour in 2000. He followed that arena run as part of the 2001 Anger Management Tour.
