Yannick Noah is a French singer and former professional tennis player, born in Sedan in 1960. After winning the French Open in 1983, he built a recording career around pop, chanson and reggae, becoming known for songs including “Saga Africa,” “Destination ailleurs” and “Aux arbres citoyens,” as well as the albums Pokhara and Charango. His 2002 concerts were captured on the live album Live, and Un autre voyage documented his 2007 tour. In 2010, Yannick Noah headlined a concert at Stade de France in Saint-Denis.
