Sıla is a Turkish pop singer-songwriter, born in Acıpayam in 1980. Her self-titled debut album introduced “Dan Sonra,” and her catalogue also includes “Sevişmeden Uyumayalım,” “Acısa da Öldürmez” and “Yan Benimle.” Cemil Topuzlu Open-Air Theatre in Istanbul has hosted Sıla for repeated multi-night concert runs. Her Heybeden Şarkılar project presented material from across her catalogue in live band arrangements and was also released as a concert album. Turkey is the main market for her performances. Her concert calendar includes theatre and open-air dates in Ankara and İzmir.
