Yola in Cologne

Yola is a British singer-songwriter, born in Bristol in 1983, whose music draws on country, soul and Americana. A former lead singer of the band Phantom Limb, she established her solo work with the Dan Auerbach-produced album Walk Through Fire, followed by Stand for Myself; her best-known songs include “Faraway Look” and “Diamond Studded Shoes.” In 2019, Yola supported Kacey Musgraves on Oh, What a World: Tour II. She later brought her second album to theatres and clubs on the Stand for Myself Tour, then opened selected All-American Road Show dates for Chris Stapleton in 2022.
