Artist
yonige is a Japanese rock duo formed in Neyagawa, Osaka, in 2013 by vocalist and guitarist Arisa Ushimaru and bassist Gokkin. Their guitar-led indie rock first reached a wider audience through “Avocado,” released on the mini-album Coming Spring, while girls like girls marked their major-label album debut. The girls like girls tour took yonige around Japan following that album’s release. In 2019, the duo staged its first solo concert at Nippon Budokan under the title Ippon.
