About The Cro-Magnons
The Cro-Magnons are a Japanese punk-rock band formed in 2006 by vocalist Hiroto Kōmoto and guitarist Masatoshi Mashima, both previously members of The Blue Hearts and The High-Lows. Their early releases included the single “Tallyho” and the self-titled album The Cro-Magnons; “Totsugeki Rock” later reached anime audiences as an opening theme for Naruto: Shippuden.
The band gave its first public performance at Fuji Rock Festival in 2006. The nationwide Mondo Roccia tour followed in 2009 and 2010, and the group returned to Japanese live houses and concert halls on The Cro-Magnons Tour Ace Rocker 2012.
