About A
A are a British rock band formed in Lowestoft in 1993. Their music draws on pop-punk and alternative rock, while the album Hi-Fi Serious has also been discussed in relation to nu metal. Their catalogue includes How Ace Are Buildings, A vs Monkey Kong and Teen Dance Ordinance; Hi-Fi Serious produced the UK-charting singles “Nothing” and “Starbucks.”
In 2018, A toured the UK performing Hi-Fi Serious in full. The band has also appeared at Download Festival, and the 2018 run included a show at Glasgow Garage.
